We have a 5-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or a return. For exchange/return requests, please contact us at theapiary.in@gmail.com.

Exchanges and Returns

To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • To complete your exchange/return, the invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
  • Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges/Returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:

  • The product is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
  • The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • The product has expired by the time of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from the same address it was delivered to, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date.

In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered to you within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is completed.

Please note that in the event of any delivery-related discrepancy, you must reach out to us within 48 hours after the order has been marked as delivered.

Cancellation

An order cancellation request will be accepted only if we have not yet shipped the product. If your cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to a refund of the entire amount.

Please note that The Apiary reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order for various reasons, including but not limited to non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved or not. Once the resolution is set for a refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund. Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in.

In case of refunds for orders with Cash on Delivery mode of payment or NEFT mode of payment, your money will be refunded to you via Theapiary.in through NEFT/IMPS/UPI.

How long will it take me to receive the refund after I cancelled / returned the order?

The refund amount will be credited to your bank account with in 3-5 days after cancellation. 

I’ve still not received the refund in my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will help you.
